We do more than just test water because we only accept jobs where we can guarantee results for drinking water quality and reliability. We look at the big picture with the goal of long-term quality results for our valued clients.
We do not guarantee any results based on someone else’s test, unless they are an EPA certified laboratory, and the test is less than 10 days old, and the lab forwards certified test results directly to us and we can call them.
We test for hardness, iron, sulfur, TDS (salt), tannic acid and pH, and visually observer for iron bacteria, sulfate reducing bacteria, sand, sediment, and any other factor of concern.
We may recommend a laboratory test for coliform bacteria and other parameters if we believe it to be prudent. There are charges for these services.
We will inspect the proposed job site and look for storm and flood damage, the general condition of the well or other source and its ability to provide adequate flow and pressure, any existing equipment, the installation site, and its ability to withstand floods and storm damage, accessibility for installation and service, the electrical system for proper voltage, current, reliability and safety, and the home’s plumbing system for contamination from untreated water. Factors unique to any job site may require further analysis.
If all these items meet our standards, we will provide an estimate for a water treatment system that will function properly and reliably for as long as it is properly maintained. We always provide full maintenance instructions.
If any of the job site conditions are substandard, we may recommend other work before we accept the job, or we may decline the job.
Our 20 years in the well water service business in Seminole County and the surrounding areas has allowed us to become quite familiar with the local water issues, so that we may build the best water treatment system possible.
